True fact about Japan
Japan was the first country that experience worst impacts of nuclear technology which had destroyed it states which are Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II. Imagine how Japan would react to nuclear technology after the big explosion. There are lot of death and destructive which almost buried Japan economies. So, should they became voice for anti-nuclear?
The past is past and life must go on and nowadays, Japan is one of the dominant in nuclear technology and listed as 3rd ranking in the world for NPPs in operation by having 55 nuclear reactor. It is irony right? How they manage to support nuclear technology and forget what it has done to their country in 1945 precisely.

Japan realize that nuclear is the future and they want to be in future. Nuclear can bring lot of benefits instead of misery if we used it wisely. Same with morfin. It is known as a drug that lead to bad social impact but morfin is very useful in medical treatment. Should the morfin being banned because of it bad impact without considering the benefits? Of course not. It will be selfish for judging by looking on it bad side without considering how benefit it can contribute to medical application and to human kind.
Even Japan has already make their move to the future. We should take Japan as an example of future country. Instead of viewing as a threat they view nuclear as an opportunity to be developed. How about us, Malaysia? We can deny the benefit it offers but when time goes we will need to adopt nuclear technology for our own good.
